Do
you charge any processing fee ?
Yes
,only after your application in the first phase has been
approved ,Arion will ask you to deposit a a non refundable
fee of Rs 1000 to ward processing fee.
What
is the benefits of joining Arion & what is rate of
commissions paid to Franchise?
You
will be given access to our online reservation system for
booking hotel & rent a car, & there are unlimited benefits
in addition to start up assistance, at free of cost to
our Franchise / Franchising partner .
You
will also earn Commission,
- Sell, the Gift Card / Gift
certificate & We offers a 5 to 10 % commission
on all bookings depending upon the volume of sale generated.
- Get advertisers to take up
banners advertisement on, Arion Club & for every sponsor you will receive your
commission We offers a standard 25 % on all bookings.
- For making reservation of
railway tickets as well as Air tickets .The commission
shall be paid as per Indian Railway Catering and tourism Corporation Limited / & respective airlines
Can
Arion appoint, Franchise in the region where The
Regional Master Franchise license is with us .
Yes
,to effectively penetrate in the market Arion will also appoint the Franchise
.The ratio to appoint these franchisee is 50:50.In the event
where it is observed that the regional Master Franchise is
taking no interest to effectively penetrate in the Market,
the Arion may increase the above said franchise percentage to safe-guard
our business.
How
Arion will decide that Agency to whom Arion has offered The
Regional Master Franchise license is taking no interest.
A
comparative statement, between the region of similar
kind is enough to reach to such conclusion .The Agency
should have at earned at least 30%
of average franchise/business. For example the Balance
sheet of Mumbai can be compared with kolkatta, chennai,
Delhi etc.
Is
there any arrangement made by the Franchisor to purchase the
equipment or the franchisee is free to make his own purchase
.
Yes
,to ensure security and safe transfer of money & to be vigilant
we have negotiated with one of the leading Company to provide
you with the computer & other accessories required to
set up travel management Kiosks along with the genuine
window & software required to run & operate this
unit .
Where
as in the case of Travel Franchise ( to promote Eco -Tourism
) there is no restriction to purchase the plant &
machinery.( retail franchise may refer for this term of agreement
)
Who
is entitled to receive, the Franchise Fee, if a we have
taken The Regional Master Franchise license, for a
particular region for example Mumbai
The
Franchise Fee is to be collected at the rate of Rs ten
thousand per franchise who so ever has appointed the
franchise .The franchise is to be appointed at the ratio of
50:50, so if the franchise is appointed by the Agency then
the franchise fee id to be collected by the Agency .
Are
there any ongoing costs?
Yes
- we support you in so many ways with accounts and payments
to suppliers through to IT and business support. For this
ongoing support there are two small fees:

royalty @ 6%
of your profit - with no minimum and no penalty

Rs
500, per month ,( 5000 per year ) towards the cost
of Administrative Charges.
What
will be the cost- sharing arrangement for the advertisement
at local level & national level ?
The
local level advertisement is left to the franchisee,
the franchisor does not have any control over such campaigns
or share any costs . How ever in the event when the
advertisement at the national level, its frequency &
expenditure on the account shall be decided unanimously among
the franchisee.
Does
the franchisor provide any promotional materials ,mail programs, etc.
Yes
, we do have an extensive promotional plan & material to

How
long it will take to process my
application form to become franchise ?
Once
you are on the provisional list ,we will
ask you to submit a non refundable
processing fee, for a sum of Rs one
thousand, & we will inspect the
location if considered necessary &
after the payment of processing fee, it
will take near about 4-to 6 month .
Can
I have trial before I join Arion ?
Yes,
it is your business so you can start any way you choose. Of
